Pemerintah melalui program Kementrian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian akan memfasilitasi peluang permodalan KUR Super Mikro khusus bagi Alumni Prakerja. Warkop Digital merespon kesempatan tersebut dengan ikut berpartisipasi dan mendukung Alumni Prakerja untuk wujudkan usaha Warung Kopi Digital di Bandung, Jawa Barat.
Pada tahun 2020, Bencoolen Coffee menjadi salah satu mitra edukator pelatihan Prakerja dengan kelas “Barista Pemula & Wirausaha Kopi Kekinian dengan Modal Minim” dan telah memiliki total alumni 21.000 orang yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia untuk menjadi calon wirausaha dalam bidang industri perkopian dan layanan digital yang sangat dibutuhkan di tengah pandemi saat ini. Oleh karena itu, saat ini Bencoolen Coffee sedang membangun Warkop Digital untuk fasilitasi wadah kumpul digital dengan dukungan kopi Bengkulu sebagai penggerak, serta melibatkan berbagai jenis kopi dari sabang sampai Merauke untuk dihidangkan di setiap Warkop Digital di desa dan kelurahan.
Warung Kopi Digital merupakan program wirausaha mandiri dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dan internet dalam pengembangan potensi desa, pemasaran, percepatan akses dan pelayanan informasi serta membangun usaha mikro guna memberikan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat.
Warkop Digital bukan hanya sebagai pusat bisnis UMKM desa, tetapi juga pembelajaran digital, fasilitas bursa kerja dan usaha kreatif desa, kreatif digital hub, yang semuanya akan dikelola oleh alumni prakerja yang sudah mendapatkan pelatihan dan sertifikat. Alumni Prakerja dapat menjadi salah satu dari ratusan keagenan digital yang akan hadir di desa dan kelurahan.
“Sebagai bentuk dukungan pemberdayaan kepada wirausaha Alumni Kartu Prakerja yang berkelanjutan, pemerintah memberikan fasilitasi pembiayaan KUR Super Mikro bagi wirausaha alumni peserta Program Kartu Prakerja yang terkena PHK,” terang Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian, Airlangga Hartarto. Targetnya, pada 2024 mendatang, rasio kewirausahaan nasional dapat mencapai 3,9 persen dan pertumbuhan wirausaha baru 4 persen.
“Para lulusan dari program kartu prakerja bisa ditawarkan untuk kredit usaha rakyat super mikro yang besarnya di bawah Rp10 juta,” kata Airlangga di Jakarta, Kamis (8/4/2021), dikutip dari Antara.
Kemarin, Jumat (4/6), dalam acara talkshow “Antara Tren, Produk, dan Konsumen” di Hotel Papandayan Bandung, Menko Perekonomian Airlangga Hartanto menekankan kepada Alumni Prakerja untuk berani wirausaha dengan KUR Super Mikro, salah satunya buka Warkop Digital di tiap desa atau kelurahan. Dengan kesempatan itu, masyarakat yang telah mengikuti Kartu Prakerja mendapat peluang lebih mudah untuk mendapatkan modal dari KUR Super Mikro, sehingga semakin terbuka lebar kesempatan untuk bisa tingkatkan ekonomi rakyat di tengah pandemi dengan cara modern, sesuai motivasi Airlangga Hartanto untuk Warkop Digital pada Kamis (3/6) di Bogor.
Kehadiran Warkop Digital dari Sabang hingga Merauke dan Miangas hingga Rote akan menyokong kampanye digitalisasi UMKM Pemerintah dan berpotensi mewujudkan 10 juta lapangan pekerjaan, terutama untuk membangun ekonomi desa pasca pandemi dan memberikan basis ekonomi digital di setiap desa.
