Pemerintah Kabupaten Pesawaran terus berlari menyiapkan kebutuhan talenta digital dalam rangka menghadapi tantangan zaman yang semakin maju dan berkembang pesat.
Untuk mengoptimalkan program peningkatan sumber daya manusia digital nasional agar mempercepat Kabupaten Pesawaran menjadi salah satu bangsa digital guna meningkatkan produktifitas masyarakat di Bumi Andan Jejama.
Tansformasi digitalisasi nasional terus diupayakan diberbagai lini kehidupan, intensifikasi itu berimplikasi pada meningkatnya kebutuhan akan talenta digital yang akan menjadi navigator utama penggerak ekosistem digital.
Upaya itu juga selaras dengan visi kepemimpinan Bupati Dendi Ramadhona, yakni Kabupaten Pesawaran lebih maju dan sejahtera dengan masyarakat yang produktif. Visi tersebut, dapat dilakukan dengan peningkatan sumberdaya manusia pada berbagai bidang, termasuk memberikan wawasan di bidang digital.
Karena itu, Bupati Pesawaran Dendi Ramadhona menyebut pihaknya telah menjalin kerjasama bersama salah satu perusahaan pengelola SDM berbasis digital. PT. Talenthub Digital Indonesia pada bulan Mei 2022 lalu.
“Nah hari ini sebagai tindak lanjut dari komitmen Pemkab Pesawaran dengan cara mencetak SDM yang berkapasitas, dan berdedikasi di bidangnya,” ungkapnya saat membuka kelas perdana Maestro Class bersama Cyber Academy PT Talenthub Digital Indonesia di Sanggar Kegiatan Bersama (SKB) Desa Wiyono, Kecamatan Gedongtataan, Jumat (24/6/22).
Dendi menambahkan, secara umum langkah itu dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan peningkatan pengetahuan di bidang digital, tujuan akhirnya adalah menyiapkan talenta yang berdaya saing.
“Tak bisa dipungkiri, memang masyarakat kita masih cenderung kepada sistem konvensional dalam segala hal. Memang untuk merubah tatanan konvensional menuju sistem modern memang sangat sulit, karena itu kita coba pelan-pelan dengan melakulan berbagai program peningkatan wawasan,” kata Dendi.
Kendati, Kabupaten Pesawaran memiliki banyak potensi alam yang dilirik oleh para investor, sehingga diperlukan kesiapan pemerintah setempat untuk menyediakan sumber daya manusia yang mumpuni.
“Banyak perusahaan dan investor yang melirik wilayah kita, misalnya berdirinya Hotel grup JW Marriot serta perusahaan lain. Ini harus kita sambut dengan menyiapkan pemain bukan hanya penonton,” jelas Dendi.
Untuk diketahui, peluncuran pelatihan itu ditandai dengan penandatanganan perjanjian kerjasama Pemkab Pesawaran yang diwakili oleh Kadis Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Anca Martha Utama dan perwakilan PT. Talenthub Digital Indonesia. (MI)
