Pemkab Pesawaran menandatangani Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dengan PT Talenthub Digital Indonesia (Cybers Academy), terkait percepatan pembangunan sumber daya manusia (SDM) talenta digital.
“Dengan perkembangan zaman saat ini, masyarakat dituntut harus bisa memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada, contoh kecilnya saja, dengan teknologi para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) mampu memasarkan dagangannya sampai ke luar pulau, atau bahkan sampai ke mancanegara,” kata Bupati pesawaran Dendi Ramadhona.S.T,.M.T.R.ip, Senin (30/5).
Untuk itu, lanjut Dendi, peningkatan SDM sangat diperlukan guna merespon kemajuan teknologi tersebut, bukan hanya untuk masyarakat umum saja, melainkan bagi para pegawai yang ada di lingkungan Pemkab Pesawaran sendiri.
“Penandatanganan MoU hari ini, merupakan respon cepat Pemkab Pesawaran dalam menghadapi perkembangan zaman yang ada, tentunya kita harus mempersiapkan SDM nya terlebih dahulu agar SDM kita mampu bersaing dan bisa memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi pada era digitalisasi saat ini,” ujarnya.
Dendi berharap, dengan peningkatan SDM dalam bidang digital, dapat lebih memaksimalkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Pesawaran dari segala sektor.
“Segala kegiatan saat ini sudah beralih ke digital semua, tidak menutup kemungkinan dalam penarikan pajak dan retribusi juga, Pemkab Pesawaran akan menerapkan secara digital, hal ini dalam upaya tidak adanya kebocoran PAD kita, dan dapat memaksimalkan PAD,” pungkasnya
