Cybers Academy kembali membuat gebrakan baru di bidang pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Digital di Indonesia tahun 2022. Pengembangan SDM Digital kali ini menyasar kegiatan jurnalistik melalui pelatihan Wartawan Muda Reporter bagi para personil Bhayangkara Pembina Keamanan dan Ketertiban Masyarakat atau Bhabinkamtibmas di Polres Pesawaran, Provinsi Lampung pada Kamis, (14/7/2022).

Pelatihan jurnalistik ini digelar Cybers Academy bekerjasama dengan Serikat Pers Republik Indonesia (SPRI). Materi pelatihan yang disampaikan Dewi Martha dan Andi Nurdin menggunakan modul pelatihan berbasis Standar Kompetensi Kerja Khusus wartawan yang sudah teregistrasi di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia.

Selain itu ada materi pelatihan wartawan muda reporter yang disuguhin Cybers Academy (CA) melalui tayangan media digital yang diakses melalui platform resmi CA.

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan bagi para Bhabinkamtibmas ini merupakan kelas perdana dan berlangsung di SKB Pesawaran Maestro Class yang terletak di Desa Wiyono, Kabupaten Pesawaran, Provinsi Lampung.

Kegiatan ini juga didukung penuh oleh Wakil Kepala Lembaga Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (LEMDIKLAT) POLRI Irjen Pol. Eko Budi Sampurno selaku Pembina Media Online Guetilang.com, Bupati Pesawaran Dendi Ramadhona, dan Kepala Polres Pesawaran AKBP Pratomo Widodo yang hadir langsung pada penyerahan sertifikat pelatihan dan launching Media Online Guetilang.com.

Peluncuran media online Guetilang.com ini dilakoni langsung oleh pembina media, Irjen Pol. Eko Budi Sampurno. Media Guetilang.com ini nantinya akan menjadi sarana bagi para jebolan peserta pelatihan wartawan dari Bhabinkamtibmas untuk menjalankan praktek jurnalistik secara nyata di media ini sebagai kontributor.

Irjen Pol. Eko Budi Sampurno mengatakan, media Guetilang.com akan memberi ruang yang seluas-luasnya bagi citizen jurnalism atau jurnalisme warga untuk menyampaikan aspirasi atau suara rakyat melalui media ini. Para Bhabinkamtibmas yang dilatih sebagai wartawan nantinya akan menjadi pembina bagi warga masyarakat di tingkat terkecil yang tertarik untuk menjalankan praktek citizen jurnalism melalui media resmi.

“Kita akan menjadikan Pesawaran sebagai pilot project kegiatan ini dan ini kegiatan baru pertama kali di Indonesia,” ungkap Irjen Pol Eko.

Kegiatan ini, menurutnya, telah menggabungkan 3 kegiatan sekaligus, yang ada di warung kopi digital yang dibuat oleh Bupati Pesawaran, di dalamnya ada Cyber Academy, LSP Pers Indonesia, dan media GueTilang.com.

Kegiatan ini menjadikan masyarakat sebagai jurnalis bagi dirinya sendiri maupun orang lain. Tujuannya untuk kepentingan masyarakat itu sendiri, selain bisa mempromosikan daerahnya, juga meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat di Kabupaten Pesawaran.

“Insya Allah nanti akan digetok tularkan ke seluruh Indonesia, hanya milestone-nya dimulai dari Pesawaran,” terang Irjen Pol. Eko dalam sambutannya.

Pada kesempatan yang sama, Bupati Pesawaran Dendi Ramadhona mengaku senang daerahnya menjadi pilot project dan prototipe pelaksanaan pengembangan SDM Digital oleh Cybers Academy yang bekerjasama dengan Polres Pesawaran untuk melatih para Bhabinkamtibmas memahami praktek jurnalistik.

“Saya sangat mendukung program pelatihan citizen journalism di Kabupaten Pesawaran, di mana program ini terkait tentang pemanfaatan teknologi dan informatika dalam rangka untuk membiasakan masyarakat sadar bahwa IT,” ujar Bupati Dendi.

Kegiatan ini juga, kata Dia, sangat bermanfaat untuk mempermudah aktifitas pemerintah dan masyarakat. “Tentunya ada side efeknya yaitu dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, serta untuk menyadari bagaimana bijak dalam bermedsos, termasuk menggunakan platform- platform untuk dapat disinergikan dengan program-program masyarakat terutama yang berhubungan dengan aktifitas pemuda, dan juga aktifitas tugas dari pada kepolisian,” urai Bupati Dendi Ramadhona.

Kepala Polres Pesawaran AKBP Pratomo Widodo juga memberi apresiasi kepada Cybers Academy yang menjadikan Kabupaten Pesawaran sebagai kegiatan perdana dan prototipe pelaksanaan pelatihan wartawan bagi Babinkanntibmas. Bupati Dendi juga menyambut baik peluncuran media online Guetilang.com di Pesawaran untuk kepentingan penyediaan sarana penyaluran aspirasi warga.

Hadir pula pada kegiatan tersebut Kombes Pol. Zahwani Pandra Arsyad selaku Kabid Humas Polda Lampung, ia menyatakan kegiatan di Pesawaran ini adalah bentuk nyata Pentahelix, karena jelas ada unsur kolaborasi yang menggabungkan berbagai pihak diantaranya, Academy, Business, Community, Government, and Media (ABCGM).

Sedangkan Ketua Tim percepatan pembangunan SDM talenta Digital kabupaten Pesawaran Dedi Yudianto menyatakan, pihaknya akan banyak melakukan kegiatan di Pesawaran, baik secara fisik maupun secara digital dengan memanfaatkan WARKOP DIGITAL (Warung Kopi Digital) sebagai lokasi pemberdayaan Babinkanntibmas dan para pemuda serta pemudi. “Ini juga sebagai wadah fasilitasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital dan internet dalam pengembangan potensi desa, pemasaran, percepatan akses serta pelayanan informasi guna membangun usaha mikro dan lapangan pekerjaan di desa,” paparnya.

Para peserta yang selesai mengikuti tahapan pelatihan ini kemudian akan diakomodir menjadi kontributor Media Guetilang.com. Dan setelah dianggap cukup berpengalaman menulis berita di media Guetilang.com nantinya akan diikutsertakan dalam pelaksanaan Sertifikasi Profesi Wartawan melalui LSP Pers Indonesia yang berlisensi BNSP. Hal itu disampaikan Dewan Pengarah LSP Pers Indonesia Soegiharto Santoso alias Hoky yang ikut bersama rombongan Wakalemdiklat Polri dari Jakarta.
