Syarat Dapat KUR di BRI, Bank Mandiri dan BNI, Ada Plafon Sejumlah Rp. 253 Triliun

Pada tahun 2021 Pemerintah meningkatkan jumlah plafon Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) menjadi Rp. 253 Triliun dibandingkan dengan plafon yang ditetapkan sebelumnya hanya Rp. 220 Triliun dan pada Tahun 2020 jumlah KUR hanya Rp. 190 Triliun. Dengan adanya peningkatan plafon, jumlah angaran subsidi 2021 mendapat penambahan bunga KUR sebesar Rp. 7,6 Triliun.

Menteri Koorninator Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto mengatakan peningkatan tersebut merupakan respon antusias dari usaha mikro dan UMKM yang tinggi karna kehadiran KUR dengan suku bunga rendah untuk mempercepat  pemulihan ekonomi pada masa Covid-19.

Ada beberapa syarat untuk mengajukkan KUR di Bank BUMN yaitu BRI, Mandiri dan BNI :


Bank BRI

  1. Mengajukan KUR Mikro dan KUR Kecil melalui Bank BRI berupa Kredit Modal Kerja atau Investasi dengan plafon Rp. 25juta per debitur dan memiliki KTP, Kartu Keluarga, Surat Ijin Usaha untu melengkapi persyaratan administrasi. Calon debitur harus individu atau perorangan yang mempunyai usaha produktif yang sudah 6 bulan yang sedang tidak menerima kredit dari bank kecuali Kredit Konsumtif seperti KPR, KKB dan Kartu Kredit.
  2. Mengajukan KUR TKI di Bank BRI untuk membiayai keberangkatan calon TKI ke negara lain dengan plafon Rp. 25juta per debitur. Calon debitur harus TKI yang akan berangkat bekerja ke negara lain yang memiliki KTP, Kartu Keluarga, Perjanjian Kerja dengan pengguna jasa, Perjanjian Penempatan Kerja, Passpor, Visa dan persyaratan lainnya sesuai ketentuan.

Bank Mandiri
Bank mandiri memiliki suku bunga 6% efektif per tahun

  1. KUR Mikro harus memiliki limit kredit maksimal Rp. 25juta per debitur dalam waktu maksimal 2 tahun.
  2. KUR Ritel harus meiliki limit kredit diatas Rp. 25juta sampai Rp.200juta per debitur dalam waktu maksimal 3 tahun untuk kerdit modal kerja dan 5 tahun untuk investasi.
  3. KUR TKI harus memiliki limit maksimal Rp. 25juta per debitur dalam waktu sesuai dengan masa kontrak kerja (12 bulan).
  4. KUR Khusus memiliki limit diatas Rp. 25juta sampai Rp. 500juta yang dikelola secara bersama dalam bentuk klaster dengan menggunakan Mitra Usaha untuk komoditas perkebunan rakyat, peternakan rakyat dan perikanan rakyat.

Bank BNI

  1. Mengajukan KUR di Bank BNI harus individu atau Usaha Mikro dan UMKM, anggota keluarga dari yang berpenghasilan tetap atau sebagai TKI yang bekerja di luar negri dan pekerja yang terkena PHK mempunyai usaha produktif yang belum meiliki agunan tambahan.
  2. Meiliki Surat Ijin Usaha Mikro Kecil (IUMK) yang diterbitkan pemerintah daerah atau surat keterangan dari kelurahan setempat.
  3. Mempunyai usaha produktif minimal 6 bulan, usia pemohon minimal 21 tahun dan tidak sedang menerima Kredit Produktif dari bank kecuali KUR.
